This Cookie Policy explains how KOYDO LLC (“Koydo”), operating NewRise Heating & Cooling at newrisehvac.koydo.app, uses cookies and similar technologies. It complements our Privacy Policy.

Analytics (consent required)

NewRise Heating & Cooling does not currently load any third-party analytics on this website. If we add Vercel Analytics, Sentry error monitoring, or similar in the future, they will load only after you click Accept all or enable the Analytics category in your cookie preferences.

Marketing (consent required)

We do not run any marketing or advertising cookies. We do not sell or share your personal information with ad networks. If that changes, this page and the consent banner will update first, and we will reset your consent so you can re-decide.

3. Third-party cookies on this site

None at this time. The forms you submit (contact, booking, financing inquiry) are processed by our backend at Supabase under a Data Processing Agreement, but they do not set cookies on your browser.

4. Controlling cookies

You can change your choice at any time. reopens the banner you saw on first visit.

We honor the Do Not Track browser signal and the Global Privacy Control header. If your browser sends either, we automatically refuse analytics and marketing cookies on your behalf and surface a short acknowledgement.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. The exact steps depend on which one you use:

5. Changes to this policy

When we add, remove, or recategorize a cookie, we update this page and the “Last updated” date above. If the change is material — a new category becomes active, or a new third-party processor receives data — we will reset your consent and re-prompt you.
