NewRise Heating & Cooling is operated by KOYDO LLC (“Koydo,” “we,” “us”), a Texas single-member limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected through this site — primarily contact submissions, service bookings, and financing inquiries.

1. What we collect

• Contact and booking submissions: name, email, phone, service address, problem description, preferred appointment window.
• Financing inquiries: the same plus the financing-relevant identifiers required by our financing partners.
• Server logs: IP, user agent, referrer, page viewed — for security and performance.

2. How we use it

• Schedule and complete the service you requested.
• Send transactional updates about your appointment.
• If you opted in via the contact form, follow up by phone or SMS at the number you provided. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or emailing us.
• Maintain site security and performance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising. We do not run third-party advertising pixels.

3. Data sharing

• Service providers under Data Processing Agreements: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (form storage), Stripe (when used for payments).
• Financing partners only when you submit a financing inquiry.
• Law enforcement when compelled by valid legal process.

4. Data retention

Booking and contact submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Records associated with completed service jobs are retained as long as required by Texas consumer-protection and tax law (typically 7 years).

5. Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@koydo.app. California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and Oregon residents have rights under their respective state privacy laws which this policy honors. EEA, UK, and Swiss residents have GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
