NewRise Heating & Cooling's annual maintenance inspection is a comprehensive 21-point evaluation of your complete heating and cooling system — not a quick visual check-in. We inspect, test, measure, and document everything so you have a clear picture of your system's health.

The inspection covers: electrical components (capacitors, contactors, wiring connections), refrigerant charge and system pressures, evaporator and condenser coils, blower motor and belt, heat exchanger integrity, gas valve and ignition system, thermostat calibration, filter condition, condensate drainage, and overall system airflow. We also assess the ductwork accessible from the air handler.

After the inspection, you receive a written report with grades for each component, any items requiring attention, and an honest assessment of your system's remaining useful life. There's no pressure to buy anything — just clear information so you can plan proactively. Comfort Club members receive inspections included in their plan.
