Investing in a new HVAC system is one of the most significant home improvements a DFW homeowner can make. When it's time to replace your existing system — whether it's aging, inefficient, or has failed completely — NewRise Heating & Cooling provides free in-home estimates and expert installation of Carrier Infinity (up to 26 SEER2), Trane XV21 (up to 21 SEER2), Lennox Signature XC25 (up to 26 SEER), Daikin Fit (inverter, 18 SEER2), American Standard Platinum ZV (22 SEER2), and Goodman GSXC18 (18 SEER2).

Every new installation begins with a Manual J load calculation to properly size the equipment for your specific home — square footage, ceiling height, insulation levels, window area, and DFW climate data all factor in. An oversized system short-cycles and creates humidity problems; an undersized system never reaches setpoint on the hottest days. Correct sizing is the most important decision in any HVAC installation.

NewRise handles permits, inspections, old equipment disposal, and commissioning. We also install the new refrigerant R-454B (Puron Advance) on all new systems — the industry's low-GWP replacement for R-410A now required on new equipment. All new installations include a 2-year labor warranty from NewRise plus the manufacturer's parts warranty (typically 5–10 years on registered equipment).

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best HVAC brand for DFW homes?
There's no single best brand — the right system depends on your budget, home size, and efficiency goals. Carrier Infinity and Lennox Signature offer the highest efficiency ratings. Goodman and Daikin Fit offer excellent value. We'll give you honest options across multiple brands.
How long does a new HVAC installation take?
A full system replacement (new AC and furnace) typically takes one full day — 6–10 hours. We pull all required permits and schedule city inspections as part of the installation process.
What refrigerant do new systems use?
All new HVAC equipment manufactured after January 1, 2025 must use A2L refrigerants. NewRise installs systems using R-454B (Puron Advance), the industry's leading low-GWP replacement for R-410A.
Can I finance a new HVAC installation?
Yes, through Opimus Financing with 60-second online approval. Terms from 12–60 months available. A $10,000 system can be as low as $167/month on a 60-month term.
Do new HVAC systems qualify for federal tax credits?
Yes. Under the Inflation Reduction Act, qualifying new heat pumps may qualify for up to $2,000 in federal tax credits, and qualifying central AC units for up to $600. Ask your NewRise consultant for details during your estimate.
